We understand it's a difficult time for a lot of people right now, and due to changing restrictions it's not the easiest time for you to buy a new car - however it can be at RWC Motor Company. We are here to help! We're working extremely hard to ensure our customers are receiving the best customer service, whilst remaining Covid Safe and following Government guidelines.

Common Questions

Does your dealership offer home delivery?

Yes, we do. We are currently offering free delivery within 100 miles and a click & collect service. Our Service is hassle free! The vehicle will have a full professional valet before delivery and be fitted with seat covers for additional hygiene. The car will be delivered by a transporter or one of our trusted drivers wearing the correct PPE who will be happy to show you around your new vehicle upon arrival - at a time and date that suits you. As an additional bonus we offer delivery outside of working hours, 7 days a week!   Any delivery's further than 100 miles will be charged at £1per mile thereafter.

This service will comply with (i) the Home delivery business rules and (ii) all legal requirements that apply to the home delivery of any vehicle, including for online and distance selling. It is also compliant with current government guidelines. Additional charges may apply, please enquire for more information.

Does your dealership offer live video viewing?

Absolutely! You can have a 1 on 1 call with one of our highly trained sales experts who know just how to help! Ask anything and let us know what you would like to see/hear or question! We would be happy to help.

You will however need to own a video phone so we can call you. If you don't, please don't worry as we can send you detailed videos by email instead. Enquire now to see how we can help.

What are your safety measures?

Our staff have been provided with all the correct PPE, the premises are cleaned regularly and hand santister and masks are provided for everyone including customers. The car is cleaned thoroughly before and after viewings and distancing measures are being obided by. The site has also been equipped with signage to remind people of the safety measures we have in place.

How will the buying process work?

Everything is completely contactless, we can send all the relevant documentation by email. Finance applications can be made over the phone with the assistance of a member of the sales team or you can apply yourself through the website. Please refer to the finance section for more information. Payments can also be made over the phone or for larger amounts by bank transfer. If you do require anything else we are only a phone call away.
